This week I'm really determined to be more organised and know what we're eating and sticking to my budget AND using up stuff that we already have stashed in the freezer!
Also we're trying to mostly cut out beef from our diets and have chicken or fish instead!
Chicken Goujon Wraps with Lettuce, Cucumber, Red Onion and Mayo
Chorizo Lasagne with Salad
Minestrone Soup with Homemade Cheesey Garlic Bread
Salmon and Prawn Thai Red Curry(Chicken version for boyfriend) with Egg Fried Rice
Macaroni Cheese with Artichokes and Bacon, Salad
Homemade Pizza - Topped with Chorizo/Pepperoni, Mushrooms, Artichokes
Roast Chicken, Yorkshire Puddings, Roast Potatoes, Carrot and Swede, Peas, Sweetcorn, Gravy
So there we go, I can now write my shopping list for the stuff I need to buy :)
